About Me
My name is Harry (he/him). I’m a counselling therapist (Registered Psychotherapist – Qualifying) currently completing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I work with adults who are feeling stuck, stressed, disconnected, or overwhelmed by life’s challenges. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported, without judgment.
My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in real human connection. I draw from person-centered and humanistic therapies, which means I see you as the expert of your own life. I don’t follow a rigid script. Instead, I tailor each session to your needs. I also integrate use to help you understand your emotions, explore different parts of yourself, and shift old patterns.
I’m also currently completing training with TheraPsil to become a psilocybin-assisted psychotherapist. I’m learning how to safely and ethically support people through psychedelic experiences, especially those looking to heal from depression, grief, or emotional blocks. I also offer integration support for people who have already had psychedelic experiences and want to make sense of what came up.
Alongside my work as a therapist, I continue to perform as a jazz musician. Years of improvising music have sharpened my ability to stay present, listen closely, and adapt moment to moment, skills I bring into every therapy session. Whether in music or in healing work, I care deeply about creating space for authentic expression and connection.
If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with care, curiosity, and respect, I’d be honoured to work with you.

Trauma-Informed
I work at your pace, with attention to safety, trust, and the nervous system.
What is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
In Ontario, new therapists are first registered as Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
This means they’ve completed all their formal courses and are fully licensed to see clients while they finish a final exam and supervised practice hours.
If your insurance plan covers Registered Psychotherapists, it may also cover RP(Q)s. Check with your provider to confirm.
If a concern comes up with your insurance, I can issue a receipt that has both my info and my supervisor’s info on it.
